The kitchen / dining area is generous, 25 sqm terrace with wonderful views of the coast, the Teide and the climbing walls of San Marcos. To the port and the beach is 200 m, bus stop and the supermarket 50 m.

Nadie a recibirnos a nuestra llegada, waited1.5 hrs. Traté de contacto con el propietario por teléfono y e-mail, que más tarde llamó por teléfono, dijo que un vecino iba a reunirse con nosotros. También pidieron otros 30 eu para "limpieza de apartamento". (No incluido en el precio). Aún no ha venido a nuestro encuentro y nos pidió que pagar arriba vecino. Hemos intentado, pero no podía acceder al prójimo. Mientras dormimos, los propietarios nos envió un mensaje a 2.45am y llamó por teléfono a las 8 am para preguntar si que pagamos. Tenían buenas maneras pero la planificación v.bad. V. mal olor en el apartamento también.
