Cómo llegar a Karlstad Hostel

If you get to Karlstad by train or an intercity bus, you take bus number '6 Gruvplan' from down town. The closest stop is called Racketcenter. From there you will see our big red brick building, just follow the pedestrian's path up the hill.

If you come by car you will be on the E18 road which goes through Karlstad on its way from Stockholm to Oslo. From either direction you need to take the exit called Centrum AND Sjukhus (Hospital) AND Kasernhöjden. Once you are off E18, immediately continue towards Kasernhöjden. You will see our big red brick building on the top of the little hill, even from E18. There is free parking by the hostel, but remember to get a ticket from the reception upon check in.
