Keel Lodge is a historical house full of character and old world charm.

We are located on Aghinish peninsula (Special Area of Conservation) on Lough Mask, it is a nature lover's paradise . Here you can opt for a cookery workshop, go Fly-fishing, hiking, biking or horseriding. It is a very tranquil unspoilt spot full of wildlife. The fishing lakes offer world class wild brown trout fishing, there also is an array of watersports to choose from. Once you visit here you will want to come back. It is perfect for individuals, couples, or families and we are also pet friendly.

The accommodation is set in a historic house that has been restored and converted to retain old charm and features of the limestone in the landscape. Once a fishing and hunting lodge, it is surrounded by a special area of conservation full of wildlife, and some of the best fresh water fishing for free in the world. There is direct access to the lake for water sports or boat access which can be organised. We also offer full-day cookery workshops for groups of 2-6 people, demos are held by the in-house chef and you dine afterwards.

There are inside and outside communal areas for guests and designated smoking areas. We are also pet friendly and can accommodate your pets.
