From the airport you can catch Bus for 2 Egyptian pounds to (Abd el Manaam riyad SQ) El Tahrer Bus Station then you walk back to Talaat harb Street. Walk along the road for 5 Minutes and you will found the Yacoubian Building Next to Miami Cinema 2nd floor.
