Descending into Wilderness from Cape Town, turn in to town (George Rd) follow the road till the T-junction. Turn right, follow Waterside Rd for approximately 2 km, take the 2nd road to your right. That's Melkhout Laan it's swinging right, it's the 3rd property on your right, the 1 with a (grey) boundary wall.
