You should take a bus #22 to city and leave at the stop 'Central Tirgus' (at the back of train station). Then take a trolleybus #15 to 'Kengarags', get by until stop 'Poliklinika' (second stop) and leave. And then go one block forward by the transport motion direction.

From train station:

You should walk 100m to stop 'Central Tirgus'(at the back of train station), take a trolleybus #15 to 'Kengarags',
get by until stop 'Poliklinika' and leave. And then walk one block forward by the bus motion direction.

From bus station:

You should walk 50m to tram stop (at the back of central market),
take a tram #7, #9 or #3 to 'Kengarags', get by until stop 'Daugavpils iela' and leave.
Then walk 100m by the Daugavpils street up until Ludzas street, turn left and walk 10m.
