Villa Sanja

Villa-Sanja is situated 27km eastern from Split - (the second biggest town in Croatia and also the Capitol of Region Dalmatia)
in direction to Makarska near Omis(8 km)
at the Adriatic coast!
This area is especially attractive for holiday because of its beautiful natural beaches,
crystal clear waters, forests
and the pleasant Mediterranean climate!
Lokva Rogoznica offers plenty of shade in bays surrounded by pine trees!

Our house, where we offer you double rooms
with their own balcony and parking place,
is only 50 metres from the beach.
We offer you double rooms (2 with 3 beds) with your own fridge in one big shared kitchen
with dishes, glasses, knives.....
....television and everything in it.
In front of this kitchen are tables and chairs in shadow(see picture)
where You can sit and eat or just socialize...
....and infront of the north side of the House
you can find tables and chairs also for resting!

Guests also have access to outdoor barbeque and their own parking place!
On Our ground floor is that big shared kitchen and outdoor shower
and on first and second floor are rooms!
It is ideal for families with children because the
house is surrounded
with a huge garden of pine trees
with big fence all over!
You could have your own balcony with table and 2 chairs(there are also 3 rooms without balcony)!

BEACHES:
In 50m area near the house you can find
sandy, pebbly and
from little till middle round stones beaches,
a small cafes (one on the beach), a market,
post-office and restaurants!
You don't have to cross the street to go to the Beach because there is one little tunnel under the road that leads You directly to beach
(BEACH IS ONLY 50m AWAY)!
There are few beaches
and they are all connected with small ways!
The children can easy play in the garden!

ONEDAY TRIPS and NEARBY SIGHTS:
We organize daily fish picnic boat trips to see sights and to visit the beaches of Brac
and the Canyon of Cetina River near Omis!
On Fishpicnics to Island of Brac we take You to places Supetar, Pucisca, Postira
or to popular place Bol (famous beach)!
In ticket price is included lunch of grilled fish, vine, salad, bread and juice!
Night Life: Small cafés One on the Beach, One above the beach 100m away;
disco and clubs in Omis and
area of Makarska Riviera with lots of clubs
and night happenings
(Omis 8km, Brela 7km, Baska Voda 10 km, Makarska 24 km...)
You can visit as one day trip: charming town of Omis, nearby Makarska, nature park Biokovo,
go rafting on the river Cetina...
You will be surprised with 1700 year old Split and its Diokletian Palace-under the protection of UNESCO just like Trogir,
ancient city Salona...
or go on One-day fish picnic on island Brac
