Departing Marrakech at approximately 8am, you will make the arid journey to the popular coastal town on Essaouria:
Essaouria is a beautiful, colourful town in which to spend both an exciting and relaxing day. You will be able to visit the souqs, lined by the ancient ramparts which open into incredible view of the wild Atlantic coastline. You can spend the day lying on the neverending, sandy beaches and have the most amazingly fresh fish in the markets at lunch. The port itself is lined with blue fishing boats, bustling with people bargaining for a fresh catch.
If you want to spend a day relaxing but still with plenty to do and see, Essaouria is a wonderful place to go.

Not really a tour. They just drive you to Essaouria and then bring you back. But if that's what you need, then they do it really well. The journey each way is about 2.5 hours in a comfortable, air-conditioned bus with rest stops. You get about 4 hours to sight see in Essaouria which is enough to sight-see, have some lunch and do some souvenir shopping.
