Group Booking Terms and Conditions

Because you are making a Group Booking, there are additional Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read them and click 'I Accept' below to continue with your booking

General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 1 week prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

Cancellation of booking can be made up to 12 days before the arrival date beyond that full payment is applicable.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Prepayment required to confirm group booking.

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School, Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party, Sports Group, Cultural Group If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Henmil Anjuna consists of 8 spacious rooms that are completed with a small kitchen, a toilet/bath and a balcony. All our rooms are designed to give you total comfort and a touch of luxury.

- Checkin time is 1:00 PM
- Checkout time 10:30 AM
- Early CheckIn / Late Checkout are subject to Charge and availability.
- In case you wish to extend your stay, please contact reservations, who shall do the needful, subject to availability.
a. For extensions up to 4 hours half day tariff applicable.
b. Any extension beyond 4 hours, full day tariff applicable.

** ** ** Identity Verification ** ** **
All guests staying are required to produce their Valid Government ID's (PAN Not accepted as ID card) at Check In. We do not accommodate travellers without Valid Government ID's and will be forced to terminate such bookings without refund.

** ** ** Payments ** ** **
- Full payment at checkin
- Advance paid made is not refundable.
- For cancellation, modification or in case of no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged.
- Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of purchase.
We are not in a position to accept personal cheques.


** ** ** House Rules ** ** **
- Outside guests are permitted to the reception area only and are not allowed to enter the guest rooms
- The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
- Any damage done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest and 'Henmil ' will levy damage charges as deemed fit. Any permanent damages/marks to the linen will be charged based on the Linen compensation list at the reception.
- We reserve the right to cancel/modify bookings without any refund, in case the guest is involved in any unlawful, anti-social activity or inappropriate behaviour.
Please do not bring onto the premises of the Hotel any of the following:
a. Animals or birds of any kind, except service dogs.
b. Gunpowder, oils or other explosives or inflammables.
c. Unregistered firearms or swords.
d. Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities.
- We is not responsible for any 3rd Party vendors such as bike rentals, car rentals, taxi, water sports or any other. We are only medium to outsource these facilities for making sure our guests have a wonderful stay that is convenient.
- The management also imposes fines for not following the house rules.

- Extra Bed/Mattress (Subject to availability) and chargeable.
- Bike, Car, Jeep, towels can be hired from the reception.
- Taxi, Tours , Laundry can be arranged from the reception.
- Airport Transfers available upon request at extra charges. Please inform us 48 hours in advance with your flight / train schedule details for a pick up to be arranged from the airport / railway station.
- Local transport arrangement (Car / bike hire)
- Package tour - (North/South Goa and other places of interest).
- Extra mattresses.
- Laundry services.
- Light breakfast.
- Ticketing (Booking - confirmation - etc.).
