Group Booking Terms and Conditions

Because you are making a Group Booking, there are additional Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read them and click 'I Accept' below to continue with your booking

General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you would like to cancel or change your booking, you have to cancel 3 days before the given arrival time to avoid any charges.

If you don't show up for your booking, your credit card is charged for the 1st night of your stay and the rest of the booking will be cancelled.

Always send your name, reference number and reservation details with your cancellation request. This way the reservation can be found in our system.

Your booking is cancelled when you receive a personal e-mail reply confirming your cancellation. If you do not receive this confirmation it means the cancellation is not processed.

The 5.5% city tax is not included in the price and must be paid on arrival together with the total amount left to pay.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Groups are checked-in at the discretion of our staff and may be subject to additional deposits that are fully refundable at the end of your stay.

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Descripción de la propiedad

Situado en el corazón de Ámsterdam, Hostel Croydon ofrece alojamiento económico con habitaciones cómodas y limpias con una relación calidad-precio excepcional. Somos el lugar perfecto para jóvenes mochileros, grupos y turistas que quieren visitar esta hermosa ciudad.

Todos nuestros huéspedes tienen descuentos en bebidas en el pub irlandés que se encuentra a pocos metros de distancia y en los crepes y gofres originales de Ámsterdam que sirven en la cafetería de abajo (válido tanto para los huéspedes de las habitaciones privadas como de los dormitorios compartidos).

Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión Wi-Fi gratis y toallas limpias. Si estás buscando experimentar la vida nocturna de Ámsterdam, pasear en barco por los canales, visitar el famoso Barrio Rojo o cualquier otro puntos de interés turístico, Hostel Croydon es el lugar perfecto.

La plaza Dam está a dos minutos a pie del hostel. Desde aquí se puede llegar andando a prácticamente todos los lugares de interés turístico de Ámsterdam. Hacia el Oeste se encuentra la casa de Ana Frank, al Sur el museo Van Gogh y al Este la casa de Rembrandt. En los alrededores hay numerosos puntos de salida de los tours por los canales, además de coffeeshops y exposiciones que te encantarán.

Política de reservas y cancelaciones:

Hostel Croydon no te cobra por adelantado.
Nuestra política de cancelación requiere 72 horas de notificación previa antes de la llegada. Las cancelaciones deben realizarse solamente por correo electrónico. Las cancelaciones por teléfono no serán aceptadas.
Reservaremos tu habitación durante 2 horas (hora local) después del horario de llegada indicado. Pasado este período nos reservamos el derecho de cobrar la primera noche de estancia y cancelar la reserva.

Los impuestos municipales 6% no están incluidos en el precio y deben pagarse a la llegada junto con la cantidad total pendiente de pago.

    The room looks better than expected after reading some comments about the hostel. But once in bed, we discovered were some mice running up and down the room. Has been the most disgusting experience I have had staying in a hostel. We had booked and paid for 3 nights but we checked out after the first night. Staff said nothing when we explain the reason of our early leaving. So if you are going to Amsterdam, is better you spend 5 or even 10 more euro per night than staying in this hostel

    La ubicación es lo mejor del hostal. La verdad es que habían ratones en la habitación. Un asco pero por lo que cobran, quizás algunos aguanten ese hambiente

Please Note: We pre-authorise the first night on your card after booking in order to guarantee your booking. If your card is not valid , we will ask you for an alternative card, failure to provide a valid card will result in your booking been cancelled.
