It was spacious with nice rooms, comfy bed and they provided towels, and proper linen. Great air con and fans etc. The bathroom was fine but not great, there was hot water however we didnâ€™t need it as it was so hot outside. The people running it are very happy to help, with booking and getting you places. There isnâ€™t a shuttle bus, itâ€™s there family car which you have to pay to get you both to where youâ€™re going and back (which ended up being quite expensive). We hired a moped from them which was good but

The staff here are so great. They help with absolutely everything and are so nice. They even picked me up from the bus stop even tho I arrived a lot later then I had originally planned. The pool is really great and the food is nice too.

great homestay. They picked us up for free when we arrived in Phong Nha. The family and reception are very friendly. The food is very good, I love the taste of it. Reception recommended me Paradise cave and Phong Nha cave tour, it is very beautiful and majestic, amazing. We left by bus booked from the homestay, they took us to the bus stop and waited for us to board the bus very attentively before returning. I love homestay
