TUCANO HOUSE SUMMER HOSTEL - HOSTELWORLD
Welcome to Tucano House Backpackers!
We are a Friendly Hostel located on the magical Island of Florianopolis, off the south coast of Brazil. Owned and run by a friendly out-going team of local & international staff, we're here to show you the true island charm of Floripa & everything it has to offer!
During the low season between the period from 16/08 to 16/12 we will be working only with rents of private rooms with monthly and daily rents, unfortunately we will not be offering 24 hour reception services, bar, dinners, breakfast and tours.
These services will be offered again from 12/16 when we will start our summer season.
Our rooms are sunny & spacious perfect for relaxing and working for those doing home office
We are perfectly located in the heart of a beautiful suburb which rests on the bank of a lagoon called Lagoa da Conceição. Lagoa is known for its buzz and vibe and is the home to Floripa's best known night clubs, bars, restaurants & shops. It is a short 10 minute drive(or a leisurely 40 minute walk) to the most famous beaches on the Island- Praia Mole & Joaquina, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the natural beauty(and beauties!) of Brazil.

I recently stayed at Tucano House Summer Hostel and I had a great experience. The staff were very kind and the service was polite. Prices were reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Excelente estadía! Estuve hospedado en Tucano desde el día 12 al 21 de enero del 2023 y mi estadía estuvo más que excelente.
El hostel está ubicado a solo un par de cuadras del centro de Lagoa y a solo un par de Kms de Playa Mole y Joaquina.
Lo mejor del Hostel? La limpieza (no había hora del día que no esten limpiando espacios comunes, heladeras, baños y habitaciones), las reglas de convivencia (post 23:30 no se permiten ruidos), las cenas comunitarias a precios realmente baratos y los hosts!!!

El hostel tiene un ambiente relajado y amigable. El staff siempre esta dispuesto a ayudar con las dudas que se puedan presentar.
Las comidas que venden soy muy ricas y en buenas porciones.
La ubicación es excelente, se encuentra cerca del centro y de varias paradas de colectivo y de transporte.
