Wallaby House

Wallaby House is hotel in Saitama which is side of TOKYO.Our hotel is new hotel. It is open at 20th in July 2016.

Wallaby House has 26 rooms and condo style.We have Japanese style room and Western style room.

The Japanese room bed room is Tatami room and to use Futon in sleep time.The room is 33㎡(1 room and Living and dining,kitchen)
It take 8 min for walking from Warabi station(Keihin Touhoku Line).We have very close Super market and convenience store(24 hours open).

2.Check out time：10：00-12：00am
If you want to late checking out it charge for 1000 JPY per hour.It time 10 am to 12 am. You couldn't checking out after 12 am. Maximum time is 12 am.

4.payment:Cash(JPY)and Credit Card.(Visa, Master,Diners,Discover,JCB)
5.cancellation policy:
(1)Cancellation policy is before 7 days 50% charge.
(2)Before 5 days 70% charge,
(3)before 3 days 100% charge.
(4)No show 100% charge.
