Our Hostel is very close to Hoian Ancient Town about 2 or 3 minutes walking. And from here to the beaches just about 4km.

Hoian beaches ( 4km: only 20 mins cycling)
We have two locations on Hai Ba Trung street, both located within 40m of each other (692 Hai ba Trung (dorm room with 7beds on the rooftop - quiet and chill vibe ). We can arrange transportation for you from the airport if you contact us. You can also reply to this e-mail and we will get back to you. Check in is at 2 P.M. and check out is at 11 A.M. Breakfast is included in your room rate, between the hours of 8AM-10AM. Please let us know your arrival time if you come to the hostel too early(leave your bags near the reception until the room is available) or late. And once again you can also reply to this e-mail and we will get back to you.

Cuando llegamos al hostel no se llama Leo Leo, se llama Cucumber por lo que no es el hostel que habÃamos reservado.
Por la noche no hay recepción, hay un chico durmiendo en un sofá que no hace nada. Nos despertaron gritos a las 2 de la mañana, habÃa una pelea en la recepción, duró una media hora sin que nadie del personal hiciera nada y estuvimos asustadas en la habitación, no pudimos dormir nada en toda la noche.
Nos intentaron vender una excursión al triple de precio que en las agencias.

We stayed two nights here and we had a really great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They showed us hidden gems in Hoi An. Breakfast was very good and the family dinner is real nice. Bicycles for a good price. One of the only things would be to install bigger lockers for some beds.
