Location was excellent, a five minute walk from the bus station. Beds were comfortable, however you can hear the movement of the people above and beside you very clearly. Staff was friendly, but non existent from 10pm-10am. Also, nowhere to store your bag which isn't ideal.

If you book with another site you will be able to use 2000 yen of dinner coupons from a promotion being done in Nagano to encourage tourists. For some reason this website doesn't participate. Other website definitely works.

Not much going on here.
No outside food in common area. Even gummy bears. Free coffee machine was being cleaned at 9am.
Close to station. Better options in the area.
