Free Cancellation: 1 Day before the arrival without being charged by the property
Check in from 12:00. If you arrive at 4:00- 5:00 AM, please send us a message for FREE pick up and early check-in if our room is available.
Check out Before 12:00. However, if you want to late check out just let our staff know then we will arrange it for you.
Payment on Arrival: Cash only.

For group booking (more than 3people), we try our best to organize all of you in the same room but our dorm is small (3-4 people), so sometimes it is impossible. Please notice this before making your reservation.
***Note: because our homestay is a little bit outside the town so we offer the pickup service for free at Phong Nha bus station.

It was spacious with nice rooms, comfy bed and they provided towels, and proper linen. Great air con and fans etc. The bathroom was fine but not great, there was hot water however we didn’t need it as it was so hot outside. The people running it are very happy to help, with booking and getting you places.
There isn’t a shuttle bus, it’s there family car which you have to pay to get you both to where you’re going and back (which ended up being quite expensive).
We hired a moped from them which was good but

The staff here are so great. They help with absolutely everything and are so nice. They even picked me up from the bus stop even tho I arrived a lot later then I had originally planned. The pool is really great and the food is nice too.

Amazing. The homestay is new, clean and modern, the surrounding mountain scenery is very majestic, we can swim in the pool very relaxing. Free breakfast and lunches and dinners can be ordered on the menu, the taste is very hometown, I really like it. we came and left by train, they have shuttle service from train gas for very reasonable price. the reception is very friendly, they recommended me some tours here which are very rewarding, it's great with full service. I feel great here.
