BLAU Student Housing & Language Academy is a sustainable luxury student accommodation building Barcelona with an on-site language academy that welcomes all residents for short stays as long as the resident reserves a room with a language course as well and/or are a student at another school or university. All rates on Hostelworld already include the Spanish course in the price.

Our residence in the 22@ area of Poblenou's Barcelona beachfront district holds a LEED certification as part of our commitment to the environment, among a long list of facilities and internal policies to ensure a minimum impact of our activity. We strongly promote our community with a special focus on cultural diversity and encourage interactions between all our residents and students through the efforts of our on site community managers.

All room rates that appear on Hostelworld already include a daily 1-hour Spanish course. More hours of classes may be added as an option at the residence if desired.

This student residence and language academy has a total of 250 studio apartments (with both private and shared room options) and over 1,800 sqm of common areas that provide an unparalleled number of high quality spaces for our residents, that enhance their potential for their future professional careers. We have carefully chosen the location of our residence to not only be close to universities, but also to provide pleasant pedestrian environments, all the necessary services as well as leisure and entertainment.

Located next to Poblenou's Central Park and walking distance to the beach and Poblenou's famous Ramblas, we not only offer accommodation but a lifestyle and a strong focus on our community.

Additionally, they will enjoy a dedicated study room, 11 classrooms, 200 sqm meter indoor gym with the latest Technogym technology, outdoor gym, swimming pool, chill out area with balinese beds, 150' screen cinema room, 86' TV gaming room, ping-pong, foosball, pool table, 400 sqm onsite restaurant with outdoor terrace, cafeteria and mini market among other facilities.

Only Non-Refundable Rate. If you cancel or no-show you will pay 100% of the stay.

Students only - enrolment in the Spanish course is required unless you are a student in another university or school.

The signing of a digital rental agreement is required before check-in in order to agree to the full house rules and terms and conditions. A 350 EUR pre-authorization deposit is required to check-in. A credit or debit card will be requested upon arrival.
