Hostal Juana de Arco, together with its staff, will provide you with a warm welcome, as well as all the information and help you need throughout your stay. Our cordiality and education is our letter of introduction.

Hostal Juana de Arco is close to absolutely everything, such as: Metro, Trolleybus, Supermarkets, Churches, museums and restaurants. We are located in the heart of the Historic Center of Quito, a very quiet, beautiful and excellent place for walks during the day or in the afternoon.

Within our facilities, we have a large garden with hammocks and a complete and equipped kitchen, which you can use as many times as you like; the only requirement is to clean it when you finish using it.

We offer tours, FREE WALKING TOURS, transportation to and from the airport.

Hostal Juana de Arco Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Hostal Juana de Arco and its Staff will accept all types of reservations, as long as they comply with the following norms and rules for a healthy and correct coexistence:

Inside the hostel, smoking is prohibited (rooms, lobby and shared spaces)

We are intolerant of any act that expresses or reflects the following attitudes: racism, xenophobia, mockery, contempt and attacks towards any person or member of staff.

It is necessary that you carry an identification document at the time of 'check in', since legislation in Ecuador requires that all tourist establishments register their guests with an official document.

Pets are not accepted, since the establishment does not have adequate and correct space for clients' pets. (There are exceptions, ask)

Visits that clients have can be received in the lobby. For purely security reasons and nothing more than that, visitors cannot enter the rooms, the kitchen or the garden.

Washing clothes (pants, t-shirts, sweaters, shoes) is prohibited inside the bathrooms. Let's save the water. The hostel has a laundry service for a fee.

From 01:00am to 06:00am, the hostel is closed for security. You must return before 01:00, please. After 12 at night, in the surroundings of the Hostel, you will not find anything open, so for safety, we have decided to set this schedule.

If clients do not meet any of these requirements, it will be reason to request that they leave the hostel the next day or, where applicable, the refusal of check-in.
