Visitor Tax in Split is 10 kn per person, per night and is not included in the price. All other taxes are included

The address is wrong. I arrived to a door with a note saying “we changed the reception to ...” so you need to go somewhere else. Then you arrive to a big building and need to go up one floor by the stairs (no elevator) with your bags just to do the check in and then go down and walk like 500meters to the rooms in other building. The girl in the reception is really kind and nice. The room is comfortable and clean, but you need to shower fast cause hot water is going after 10/15 min.

Very good ! Very safe location.
You must know that the apartment is not in the same building as the staff. So you must walk after do the check-in. Town center is 5 minutes by walk maybe less, everything cazan be done by walk.
The only negative point is that for having a hot shower you must wait 20minutes between them... so take your time to get ready ;)

Muy cerca de la estación de autobús.
No está muy bien señalada la recepción y una persona me tuvo que ayudar llamando a que me vinieran a abrir. No se que hubiera hecho sin que me ayudara esa persona.
El cuarto estaba bien y lo que más me gustó fue una bola disco cuya luz cambiaba de color. Regresaría principalmente por ese detalle.
Lo más molesto fue que no aceptaran tarjetas de banco. Cosa común en Split :-/
