All Rooms are intended for short lease and long lease.
All Rooms have their nicely equipped private bathrooms, central heating system, fridge, mini bar, microwave, LCD TV, HIFI, free WIFI internet and separate entrance. There is fully equipped kitchen in the Apartments .Also you can use nice and quiet garden where you can enjoy on fresh air surrounded with flowers.
Parking is public, at the front of the building and it is free of charge.

Se encuentra en lo alto de una cuesta a 2-3 km (30 min caminando) del centro de Zagreb pero está bien comunicado con tranvías (2 y 6), también a las estaciones de tren y autobús. Tiene cerca supermercados y panaderías.
La habitación es fresca en verano y tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. La zona es muy tranquila. El chico que nos recibió fue amable y nos dio algunas recomendaciones sobre la ciudad.

Although my overall stay was pleasant, I like to remind other travellers that the facilities are not as described. You see no reviews there and all 5-stars, but that's not true.
I stayed in a classic room. It was a 8-10 mins winding walk uphill with luggage, is hard without a car. There is no laundry (which says there is). 'Meals available' is non-existent. Restaurant and cafe are in the city, not related. No kitchen, I can't even cook. It's like a very-old-hotel-room with nth and that's it.
