The Runako Lodge is a western style house, ideal located in a safe neighbourhood close to Arusha centre. Runako Lodge is perfect for budget and long stay travellers. We welcome all travelers such as researchers, volunteers, back packers, single and group travellers.
We are located near Morovian Daladala station about 300 meters from Namanga/Arusha Road. We will be happy to assist you with all you wish.
Runako Lodge is a lovely house with different accommodation types, from private to shared rooms, depending on your choice and budget. Some rooms have a private, some a shared bathroom. We provide build in cupboards, linen and mosquito nets. You can relax in our lounge with view of the garden, books, magazines and TV. In our dining area meals are being served. We have a Wi-Fi hotspot to use with your own personal laptops/tablets/iPads as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival.
Free cancellation before 2 days prior to guests
arrival, any cancellation made 2 days to arrival will require a payment
of 25% of the reservation
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Check in from 10:30 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Taxes included.
Breakfast included.
General:
No curfew.
We are not selling any alcohol. But you may drink your own in your room.

Nice lodge with a great staff, Also with a terrace for an awesome view. It's a little far away from downtown (25 min walking distance) and hard to find but you Will appreciate it when arriving to those clean and big rooms. Hot shower, wifi, breakfast included. I booked for 1 night but stayed 4, before and after the safari.

Our stay in Runako was amazing.
The people there just try to help you Everytime.
They help us finding a touroperator, they cooked us tasty African food, they brought us to the city center, they kept our staff even though we were gone for 1 week (Kilimanjaro Climbing).
Thomas and Mary , the managers , are really good people and you can trust in them by every mean.
10/10.

El personal es muy amable y siempre está a disposición de los huéspedes. El desayuno es completo y las habitaciones y baños son limpios y prolijos. Aunque no sea la zona más agradable, el hostel es muy seguro.
