My mother and i really enjoyed our stay. although the place is at 30 minutes to the attractions, the street car is nearby and easy to take. The place is comfortable and the bathroom were always clean. we had the opportunity to meet new friends and participate in their activities on evenings.

Site 61 was a nice time:) Cass at reception was the best and so helpful! It was cool to stay in a historic house that survived Hurricane Katrina (you can even see the waterline on the wood). The location is not safe to walk outside around at night and it’s not located in a very fun/cool area. As a solo female traveler, I ended up ubering most places, especially at night. I loved the back patio and the tall ceilings of the old house!

I really advice this hostel. I had a great experience thanks to the owner and the guys/girls met there! The room are comfortable and clean.
The hostel inside is really nice and we’ll organized, you’re gonna love it’s world’s map!
