The hotel is great value for both tourists and business travelers as it is located only 50 meters from the beach and 6 km from downtown Palma. We are family-run establishment allowing us to give personalized attention to our clients. Our rooms were recently remodeled in 2009 to enhance the comfort of our guests.
The Hotel Balear has its own restaurant, serving a generous breakfast buffet daily.
All 54 rooms are equipped with a telephone, air conditioning, central heating and safety deposit box. The majority of our rooms have a terrace overlooking the plaza or sea. All rooms offer Internet access via WiFi and cable for guests with laptops. For guests traveling without a laptop, we offer Internet access in reception as well as other business services.
Reception is open 24 hours a day. We always offer our guests the possibility of a late check-out, availability permitting.

En general tuvimos una buena experiencia en este hotel.
Nos tocó una habitación linda, iluminada y relativamente amplia en el 4to piso.
Aspectos a mejorar/considerar:
- El ascensor no funciona
- La aislación acústica es mala y se escucha a los demás huéspedes y personal del hotel desde muy temprano.
- Las cañerÃas liberan un olor muy desagradable de vez en cuando.
Cuenta con desyuno que es bastante diverso y rico.
Cumplió su función considerando que pasamos gran parte del tiempo fuera.

El personal de recepción es excelente. No puedo mas que felicitarles por la calidez y el esmero con el que fui atendido por dicho personal, el equipo en general es inmejorable.
