Hostel San Marcos is located 20 meters from one of the most beautiful lakes in the world – Lago Atitlan in the Western Highlands of Guatemala. Our hostel features laid-back cabana-style accommodation, its own bar, a private garden with hammocks, a residents’ lounge with TV room and movie features. Common areas does have wireless internet connection. In the reception we have a refrigerator with ice cold beers and our selection of wines, rums and whiskeys. All the rooms are decorated in a way you will feel in woody cabanas with local made furniture and decoration. The shared bathrooms are equipped with gas fire boilers with guarantee hot water 24 hours a day. The rooms are made with natural light features.

The quaint little Mayan village of San Marcos La Laguna offers the best views of the lake’s three majestic volcanoes and is known for inspiring courses and quality wellness offerings. Great location to discover the richness of the Lake Atitlan.
