Here you will find everything about our service:
• All rooms are cleaned every day, as well as the kitchen, communal baths (several times a day) and the lounge area.
• Drinks and coffee are also available 24 hours a day
• We have a small lockable closet in all rooms with bunk beds of 90 × 200, as well as for each guest.
• Our house is open around the clock, you can come and go as you wish. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
The Hostel Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival.
Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .
Please contact us in advance for late arrival.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards.
This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.
Taxes not included:
0.54 EUR per person per night for bookings under 25.00 EUR.
1.07 EUR per person per night for bookings of 50.00 EUR and more.
Breakfast not included. We offer a communal kitchen.
General:
24 hour Reception.
No curfew.
No pets allowed.
Extra charge for bed linen 3.00 EUR per person.

No sólo tiene una ubicación pésima. Los cuartos no tienen tomas para cargar dospositivos y el wi-fi no funciona, además te cambian el pago sin notificar ni nada. Finalmente es el hostal más sucio en el que me he hospedado, TODO el edificio huele terrible, desde la recepción hasta los cuartos.

Good for one night, if you plan to stay longer in Hamburg look for another place.
The hostel is clean and quiet and the kitchen though small, works properly.
The rooms were underground (although they had windows) and were really small. Unless you get a private room you won't have a key.
The showers were nice but there are only two for the whole hostel.
There weren't enough sockets in the room.
The hostel is awfully far away from the city center.

Nuestra estancia aquí (3/8-4/8) fue desastrosa. Está demasiado lejos del centro así que aparte de coger transporte público hasta la parada "más cercana", tuvimos que caminar 40 min. aprox. cargando el equipaje para llegar. La primera impresión del hostal no es nada buena: la entrada olía a pis y tenía escaleras lo que dificulta el acceso. También, sin notificarme, cobraron el coste total del alojamiento de mi cuenta bancaria cuando debía pagarlo al llegar al hostal. (La queja continúa abajo).
