highly recommend. family owned and live onsite. they are friendly, helpful and kind. only a 5 minute walk to the ferry and a 1 minute walk to the train station so it is super convenient. free breakfast was lovely cooked food plus fruit! can book a tour for ijen here for a good price👌

Cozy family run clean hostel, owned by nicest and most warm people I have met in my travels, they go above and beyond to make sure anyone who stays leaves with big smile. Must stay if you want to visit Ijen or just passing through the region

This hostel is a convenient place to stay for a maximum of one night when climbing mount Ijen. The owners are friendly and the Ijen tour they booked me on to was amazing.
I’d advise against booking your onward travel through the hostel though as it’s really unreliable. I enquired in advance about booking this via WhatsApp and paid in cash (only option available) when I arrived, only to be told on the day of travel that the bus was full. I was then advised to stay an extra night at the hostel and take the
