Giader's House

Giader's House is located opposite the famous Street Art Silos. Catania is a city of art and is very folkloric, inside our house we have inserted some elements made by local artisans, from the table to the sofa, from the mattress to the pillows.

Giader's House is located in the heart of Catania near Ursino Castle, Casa Museo di Giovanni Verga and Roman Theatre of Catania. Also close to Lido Arcobaleno and Catania Piazza Duomo.

The house consists of an entrance floor: 1 kitchen with any accessory or tool to be able to cook, an open plan living room with dining table and sofa bed and a nice modern bathroom. At the lower floor: a big nice bedroom.

Giader's House - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:30 .
Check out before 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash only.

Taxes not included - City Tax € 2 per person per night
Breakfast not included.

General:
Reception hours 8:00 to 22:00.

There is a security deposit of 100 Euros which will be returned after the stay if there is no damage in the property. Attention- due to negative experiences the deposit can also be held back due to stained walls, excessive waste or dirt. In addition, you pay 5 euro per night for electricity.
