Once you arrive to Casa Qatzij, you will be greeted by our friendly dog Qatzij, and our two cats Ajpu and Ix as well as a flourishing garden filled with ripening fruits.
Come relax and enjoy the views of volcanoes Tolimán and Atitlán from our terrace or relax in one of our garden hammocks. We are in the perfect spot for sunbathing and natural views. You’ll forget you are in the heart of the village.
We have nine comfortable rooms including a master bedroom with a private bath, deluxe rooms with shared bath, and an economically priced shared dorm. If you like to cook, you'll love our fully equipped kitchen. On cool nights, the indoor fireplace provides for a very cozy experience.
Casa Qatzij Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Such a gem of a place! The property is located behind a giant steel gate that you need a key to access so I felt very safe there. The property is very close to a park that has a ton of street food to offer every night. If you’re not into street food, the manager had great, close by restaurant recommendations ready to go. He also had a long list of nearby activities/excursions to experience as well! I was super happy with my experience there and plan to come back in the future. Also, they have a laundr

Really quiet and laid back house. Hot showers, good wifi and plenty of space for everyone. Host is very kind as well. Town and market are right there. Walking distance from the water. Great place!

Very homey and cute place in the centre of the village close to everything. Good facilities, super clean, very complete and functional kitchen, nice big garden to chill out, friendly staff and cute dog. Superb, would not hesitate to stay here!
