We are next to Paraty-Mirim beach and the famous tropical fjord, Saco do Mamangua, and 30 minutes from Trindade beach and the historic center of Paraty!

POUSADA PARATY PARADISO POLICY AND CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT POLICY
For booking confirmation, payment of 50% of the total amount is required (via bank transfer or PIX for Brazilians or PayPal for foreign guests).
The rest of the amount must be paid on the day of CHECK-IN. It can be cash, credit cards and debit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation up to 60 days before the check-in date, there will be a refund or date transfer, without charge.
• Cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in date, the amount will be refunded or the date transferred, with two fees charged:
- Return fee: BRL 98.00
- Date transfer fee: BRL 39.00

• Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in date, there will be NO refund of the amount paid, only date transfer and a fee of R$39.00 will be charged.
• Cancellation with less than 15 days from the check-in date, there will be NO refund of the amount paid and it will also NOT be possible to transfer the date.

CANCELLATION POLICY DURING THE STAY
• If there is an early departure, during the stay, the full amount of the closed and combined package will be charged.

NON-ATTENDMENT:
• In case of no-show, the space will always be available until 12:00h of the day following check-in.
With no show, the reservation will be CANCELED without refund of the amount paid.

OTHER INFORMATION:
• Check-in: from 2 pm to 7 pm (after 7 pm, please advise for proper guidance).
• Check-out: until 11am.

Breakfast NOT INCLUDED – On average between R$25.00 and R$40.00 per person per day.
Finnish sauna: R$ 50.00 | Relaxing hot tub: R$50.00

Reception: from 07:00 to 19:00
- No curfew.

OUR INSTALLATIONS
• We have a pool, Finnish sauna, hot tub and pool table.
• We also have a shared kitchen if you want to cook.
• Coworking space, with Wi-Fi, 110v and 220v sockets, printer, espresso machine in a cozy environment immersed in nature.

WE ARE POUSADA PETFRINDLY
• Pets are accepted at our accommodation, however there is a fee of R$ 30.00 per day, per pet. ASK US ABOUT REGULATION.
