I had a nice room, good location, pool on roof is a nice bonus. My only complaint is the friendliness of the staff. My air-conditioning leaked on the first night- into my clothing and in my bag...I did get a new room but never a “sorry for the inconvenience”. Instead, they blamed me for putting the air-conditioning too high. A great place - just add some kindness and a few smiles.

Good location near Khao San Road, the room was clean and simple. Good breakfast. It was good for us cause we were mostly out of the hotel the entire time. The only thing is that when we asked the people of the hotel about prices they always told us way more than it really was.
