General Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling the reservation after 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time), or failing to show, will result in a charge for the entire stay (including all taxes and fees) being made to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method.
Guarantee Policy - A credit card will be required to confirm your reservation.
GROUPS POLICY
Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

The hostel is very nice, the staff are super friendly and kind! You can get free bikes for two hours, umbrellas and towels for the beach, that's the best part! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but my recommendation is to put a curtain between the beds, it would be better so you have more privacy. And about cleaning, in 7 days they never cleaned the floor of the bathroom, it is the only negative thing. The rest was great!
