Stelios Place was established almost 30 years ago in 1992. We are a family run business and we promise you an unforgettable holiday. You will quickly become a member of our family!!

Stelios Place hotel is located at the famous Perissa black sand beach, only 2 minutes walk from the sea.
Perissa offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops
There is also a diving centre & watersports on the beach.
On the main road of Perissa , 2minutes walk away from Stelios Place you can find ATV rentals, car rentals, bakery, supermarket, hairdresser & beauty salon & SPA.
Bus stop is located 2minutes walk from the hotel on the main road with a frequent bus service to Fira. During the high season around every 20-30mins, and 45-60 mins in low season.
Stelios Place can arrange you for your arrival & depart day a taxi/mini bus at an extra cost.

The staff at the reception were amazing, very good vibes and the building is beautiful and clean. Is very close to the beach. Its a quite far from Oia but still very good! I would highly recommend this place.

Estuvimos sólo una noche. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. La pileta es buena y está cerca de la playa. Única contra: está menos de Gira, el centro.

El personal es muy atento y amable! Te van a buscar y te traen del aeropuerto o puerto! Queda al lado de una de las playas más lindas! Pero lejos de las ciudades, igual te Tomás un ómnibus y llegas rápido! El hotel esta re bueno!
