El Zopilote comenzó como una empresa familiar en 2002, cuando Bruno y sus hijos Cristiano y Daniele compraron el primer pedazo de tierra que ahora es parte de la finca . Tenemos varios tipos de hospitalidad que se ofrecen. Cabanas, dormitorios, áreas de camping y hamacas, privadas .Están situados en distintos lugares de la finca. Todo ha sido construido o planeado por estar inmerso en el medio natural que respetamos muchísimo. Nuestra gran variedad de opciones significa que nuestra hospitalidad es accesible a todo tipo de personas y presupuestos. Organizamos excursiones, deportes, talleres...

the venue itself is beautiful, big garden, prepare for long walking to you room. they offer lots of nice activities everyday. I had accidentally booked a private which was absolutely beautiful (private terrace and hammock). Yoga in the morning was amazing. The staff was a little bit unfriendly in between and the volunteers stayed pretty much beneath them, also I was super hyped about the amount of vegan food but you had to be attentive about actually not getting non-vegan food. In the menu food was labeled

I recommend a stay here. It’s not a normal hostel experience but definitely a must for any backpacker

Mixted feeling about this place
The people and the atmosphere were great, very sociable, lot of free activities (yoga 🥰) and food was great and affordable
But… you have to hike 10 to 20 min (if you get lost, which I did) to your dorm in the jungle. Bring a light torch to survive at night :)
So security is not the best. I also was told that about robberies in the dorm or during pizza night
Finally, if you don’t like insects…. 🕷🙃
