Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 1:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

Visitor Policy: Non-resident visitors are welcome until 8:00 PM. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we kindly request that all visitors depart by this time.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours after 11:00 PM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Booking Confirmation and Payment: To confirm your booking, we require 100% advance payment. Please note that we reserve the right to remove partially paid guests from the confirmed booking list and deny check-in, regardless of the booking platform used.

Toiletries: We provide basic toiletries to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Smoking Policy: One Light Stays is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common areas. Designated smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke.

Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Please make suitable arrangements for your furry companions during your stay.

Lost and Found: One Light Stays is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items. We will make every effort to assist in locating lost items, but we cannot guarantee their recovery. Please ensure all your belongings are accounted for before check-out.
